The Website is owned and operated by Autodontics Ltd. 1. Your Autodontics Account and Site

- Autodontics will not be obliged to offer a refund of any amounts previously paid.

7. Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer any Autodontics or third-party intellectual property to you. All right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain solely with Autodontics. Autodontics, Autodontics.ai, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Autodontics are trademarks or registered trademarks of Autodontics or Autodontics' licensors. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Autodontics or third-party trademarks.
8. Intermediary Services for Employers and Candidates
Autodontics may serve as an intermediary, connecting job seekers with employers in the dental AI industry. Autodontics is not responsible for final hiring decisions or outcomes. Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings, and candidates are responsible for verifying information and deciding on suitable applications.
9. Advertisements
‍Autodontics reserves the right to display advertisements.
10. Payment Terms for Services and Fees
Certain services provided by Autodontics, including recruitment support and intermediary services, may require a fee, which could be based on a subscription or hiring outcome. Payment obligations are detailed in individual agreements between Autodontics and the Employer. Fees are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
‍11. Attribution
‍Autodontics reserves the right to display attribution links such as ‘Powered by Autodontics,’ theme author, and font attribution in your content.
‍12. Changes
‍Autodontics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
‍13. Termination
‍Autodontics may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

‍The Website is provided “as is”. Autodontics and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

‍In no event will Autodontics, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, or the cost of procurement for substitute products or services.
16. General Representation and Warranty
‍You represent and warrant that your use of the Website will be in accordance with the Autodontics Privacy Policy, this Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations.
‍17. Indemnification
‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autodontics, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.
18. Confidentiality
Autodontics and Users agree to keep all proprietary, non-public information confidential. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of this Agreement. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without permission, except as required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
19. AI-Based Content and Tools
Nature of AI Content: Autodontics may feature content generated or analyzed by artificial intelligence (AI). This content, including AI interpretations or predictions, is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: While efforts are made to ensure the reliability of AI-generated content, Autodontics does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Users should exercise their own judgment and, if necessary, seek professional advice before relying on AI-generated content.
Use of AI Tools: If Autodontics provides AI-based tools or applications, these tools are intended for educational and informational use only. Users should not rely on these tools for diagnostic or treatment purposes.

‍21. Miscellaneous
‍This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Autodontics and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of Autodontics, or by the posting by Autodontics of a revised version. Unless otherwise governed by applicable law, this Agreement and any access to or use of the Website will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Autodontics is located, excluding its conflict of law provisions. The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to any of the same will be the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction of Autodontics. Except for claims for injunctive or equitable relief or claims regarding intellectual property rights (which may be brought in any competent court without the posting of a bond), any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be finally settled in accordance with the rules of an agreed upon arbitration service by arbitrators appointed in accordance with such rules. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of Autodontics, in the English language, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. The prevailing party in any action or proceeding to enforce this Agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or condition of this Agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under this Agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms and conditions; Autodontics may assign its rights under this Agreement without condition. This Agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Autodontics is based. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
